So as stated in the title, I'm having some weird fps issues and would love to resolve them. So first of all I built a computer, downloaded terraria, and then i went and downloaded 4 mods that I like; tremor, spirit, thorium, and calamity. I started up the game and noticed that my fps will frequently go from 60 to 30 and then stutter for a bit. Afterwards, it would return to 60.
