Calamity Mod world all items

Hey I'm really sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new here, but I think my idea goes here in the mod section.
You guys might have seen other people through the internet making world's with all terraria items available in chests and stuff.
I was wondering if it would be OK for me to make a calamity mod world with all items available, would people be interested, is it allowed?
