I wanted to know if there was a mod that adds in the difficulty modes Calamity adds but without all the bosses and extra enemies etc. I really wanted to practice before that Journey's End update adds in Master Mode.

i love playing terraria and esspecially mods, so i was upset when neither my music or multiplayer were working in both modded and original. so i deleted both versions and reinstalled them, but when trying to reinstall tmodloader it wont install because steam hasnt validated it, so i tried validating it but it said "1 file failed to be validated and will be reaqurired" but never reaquires anything, i kept trying but it wouldnt work, i deleted everything again and reinstalled over and over,...

Terraria Crashing Randomly
I've been playing a modded terraria (thorium, calamity, various weathers) and the game seems to crash every 20 or so minutes. It will just suddenly freeze and close the game. I got the error logs running and this is what I got after a crash:

Ok, to get things straight. I'm playing on modded and to surprise, My character was gone!!
So I checked to see if my character was gone, and all i have is my .bak file!

Will mods still be compatible with the new update ?
I know absolutely zero about coding and programming, but it's pretty obvious that with the new update, most mods will be broken
Starting from the Thrower sub-class being removed from the game, and new implemented stuff like animations etc being rewrote from scraps
What I fear is that most mods will become obsolete or not worked anymore on because of this new incoming Terraria update
Someone with more knowledge is willing to explain this in detail or better ?

Terraria crashing
Whenever I try to reload or restart my terraria with mods enabled it gets to setting up on the loading screen and crashes saying terraria has stopped working. if anyone has any idea on what I can do to fix it it would be greatly appreciated.

Question on feasibility
A quick question for the modders out there. I want to make a mod that renames and changes the descriptions of all souls items in the game, as using creatures' souls to craft stuff is creepy. I know literally nothing about modding Terraria, and coding in general.

Modded metal bars
I could not find a tutorial on how to create tiles that act like metal ingots
Does anybody know how I would go about this?

So... I haven't seen an official mod request thread or anything so I hope it's okay to put this here.
So, I'm pretty surprised no one has done this yet, but I'd love to see a Warhammer/40k mod. I'd love to be able to make bolters and other ranged weapons from 40k as well as daemon/force weapons and armor sets and have cool psyker abilities. I'd make it myself but I know NOTHING about coding and making models
